How to Change Samsung Tablet Screen Timeout Settings?

If you have purchased a new tablet, there are a few options you may wish to customize. The screen timeout settings are relatively low by default. That means your screen will turn off after a few seconds, which may be inconvenient depending on how you use your tablet.

This article will teach you how to alter the screen timeout settings on your Samsung tablet. This feature effectively allows you to choose how long the screen remains on while you are not actively using it.

How to Change Samsung Tablet Screen Timeout Settings?

Here is how to change the timeout settings on a Samsung tablet:

  1. Go into the Settings menu
  2. Navigate to the Display tab
  3. Find the Screen timeout option
  4. Change the Screen timeout to whatever you prefersamsung tablet

The first step is to navigate to the Settings section of your Samsung tablet. To open the dropdown menu, simply drag your finger down from the top of the screen. Then, in the top right of the menu, touch on the cogwheel icon.
