Apple has revealed the August Friday Night Baseball schedule in conjunction with Major League Baseball (MLB). Games are still accessible for free on Apple TV+ alone.
According to a business news release, game assignments for broadcasters will be issued every week.
Lauren Gardner will continue to conduct live pre-and post-game coverage. Gardner will also be joined by a rotating group of experts, including former MLB players Carlos Pea, Cliff Floyd, and Yonder Alonso.
Former MLB umpire Brian Gorman will continue to provide rules analysis and interpretation.
Fans may also access new shows with supplementary material via the Apple TV app. Countdown to First Pitch, which is exclusive to Apple, will preview the week’s matches, while MLB Daily Recap will highlight past material.
Fans may now follow teams and see customized game highlights via the Apple News app. On Fridays, they may watch Friday Night Baseball, as well as MLB highlights and tales.
