To get started, tap the red “Request Data” button. The information might take up to four days to arrive.

You may monitor the status of the file download by going to the Download data tab. The download will begin in “pending” mode and then change to “download” when it is ready to be downloaded.

The TikTok data file will appear in your iPhone’s Files folder. If you can’t open the.zip file, save it to your computer so you can view it more easily.

If your phone can’t open the file, you may download it in.zip format and transfer it to your computer. You’ll want to look for the following file inside the zip file:

VideoBrowsingHistory.txt

The file contains a log of all past TikToks you’ve seen, along with video URLs and timestamps.
