Hearing a song that you haven’t listened to in a long time can bring up memories and emotions from the past. Apple Music provides a feature to play your most-played songs.

To find this playlist, tap “My Library” on the home screen, then tap “Most Played Songs” in the menu that appears.

There is a feature in Apple Music called Replay which lets you store playlists of your favorites from the past.

Playlists are grouped by year and include the top 100 most played songs for each one. The current year’s playlist is updated continuously as well.

The music replay feature is available on the desktop and in its own app. If you have an Apple Music subscription, it’s a good idea to sign up or log into this service as it can be used to create your own playlists as well.

The app also includes the ability to create playlists from your personal music library as well.
